You will receive an automatic email copy of this form and should receive a response from our staff on the business day (Monday-Friday) following your submission. Our staff will provide the names and email addresses of tutors we have for the subjects you request. Peer tutors are available for most courses taught on main campus. It is your responsibility to contact these tutors and schedule appointments. You should meet with only one tutor per course, but you may change tutors if you would like.
Students are allowed to work with peer tutors for up to 2 hours each week in each course. You must meet with your tutor in the Wiggins Library during library hours - not in the 24 hour room. If you miss 2 appointments without contacting your tutor, you will not be allowed to use the peer tutoring service for the remainder of the semester. Please bring all books, notes and other course materials with you to your peer tutoring appointment. You should have specific questions for your tutor as they will not have time to review all material.
Please remember that while your peer tutor is an outstanding student who has demonstrated excellence in the course, they are by no means an expert. You are always encouraged to meet with your instructor for assistance as well.
If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
