Club Constitution Update Form
A Club Constitution must be on file in the Student Activities Office for all student organizations recognized by the University. For new organizations, please follow normal charter procedure. All new organizations and their constitutions will have to be approved by the Faculty Student Life Committee. Any student organizations wishing to update or amend their constitution must fill out and submit this form; as well as attach a copy of the new constitution including a list of all changes made. All changes must be in line with university standards and approved by the Student Activities Office. The club president and faculty advisor will be notified once the changes have been reviewed.
